My fantasy isn’t pure epic fantasy, or sword and sorcery, or urban. I love blending elements from all these fantasy sub-genres, as well as incorporating aspects of science fiction to create a completely new and different story. I write stories using the Heroine’s Journey perspective which includes themes around community, found family, winning through cooperation, and partnership. And they always include the Goddess in some way. (And usually a shapeshifter or two—ha, ha, ha!)
My stories don’t stick to a single sub-genre of fantasy or science fiction. My series, Legends of Lairheim, while it’s mostly epic fantasy, also includes elements of the sub-genres: paranormal, science fiction, and a bit of dystopian. My Sentinel Witches series spans urban/magical realism, paranormal romance, portal fantasy, and mythology.

These mandalas are so fun to color! Talk about giving myself a reset! I love to just take some time for me, and to watch where the colors I use take my mandala. It’s like I can see my feelings on the page. So fun!
When I need a “brain break”, coloring mandalas is my new go to. I love how unique and meaningful Tora’s mandalas are. I never know how it’s going to turn out when I start, and that’s half the fun. I’ve even colored some of them more than once because I wanted to see what it would feel like with different colors. Never been disappointed. Can’t wait till see publishes more!
The Moonlit Goddess t-shirt is my new favorite! I got it in the dark gray and it really pops! Looks great on its own or under a jacket/ sweater. AND the shirt itself is so soft! I also got the Fiery radiance on the blue and Sacred Harmony on the olive green, they really pop! I ordered x-large, and I’m 5’9”.
