Isis’s Sacred Love

A Goddess Remembrance Guide

Love can mean many things.

The love we offer to others. The love we receive. How we care for ourselves. Our experiences of being seen and accepted as we are.

Yet our relationships with love are often shaped by what we’ve learned about belonging, approval, worthiness, and who we believe we need to be in order to be loved.

Isis’s Sacred Love is an invitation to spend time with Isis while exploring your own relationship with love, acceptance, and wholeness. She invites you to gather the parts of yourself you may have hidden or set aside along the way and allow them to belong again.

Within this Guide, you’ll encounter Isis through the story of Her gathering the scattered pieces of Osiris. She searches for the lost pieces, yet even when She doesn’t recover every one, She continues to recognize his wholeness.

Her story offers a different way of exploring Sacred Love—one where there may still be something to reclaim without anything about you being fundamentally incomplete.

As you spend time with Isis, you may find yourself considering questions such as:

What did I learn about what I need to be or do in order to be loved?

What parts of myself did I hide, reject, or set aside in order to belong?

What does it mean to accept myself without requiring perfection?

How do I receive love, appreciation, and being truly seen?

What might love look like when it doesn’t require me—or someone else—to become different first?

There isn’t one right answer. These are places you can explore in relationship with Isis and with yourself.

What This Guide Supports

Through your time with Isis, this Guide creates space to explore:

self-love as an ongoing relationship with yourself;

love, acceptance, and the ways belonging may have shaped what you allow yourself to express;

reclaiming qualities, desires, strengths, or truths you may have hidden or set aside;

recognizing wholeness without requiring perfection or completion;

receiving love, appreciation, and connection without believing they must first be earned;

allowing yourself and others to be who you are without making love dependent upon conformity.

You don’t need to believe you have a problem with self-love to begin. You may already have a loving relationship with yourself, or you may be questioning what love and acceptance mean in your life. Perhaps you’re simply curious about Isis and what spending time with Her might reveal.

Love is the doorway.

Beyond it is an invitation to gather what you wish to reclaim, to explore what it means for all of you to belong, and perhaps to remember:

You can welcome more of yourself home without ever having been incomplete.

More About the Guide

What's Included in This Guide

This guide is designed as a complete, self-paced experience you can return to—supporting reflection, remembrance, and embodiment over time.

Each Goddess Remembrance Guide is a complete, self-paced devotional and reflective experience, designed to deepen your relationship with the Goddess and yourself through written guidance, embodied practice, and ritual.

This guide includes:

1. Core Guide (Interactive PDF · ~70 pages)
A thoughtfully structured written guide, weaving together:

  • Context and teachings connected to this Goddess
  • Reflection questions and journaling prompts
  • Embodiment pauses to integrate insight
  • A mindfulness mandala for contemplative coloring and creative reflection
  • Guided practices that intentionally build upon one another

The guide is designed for both digital use and printing, allowing you to engage in the way that feels most natural and supportive.

2. Guided Meditation (Audio + Written)
A guided meditation aligned with the themes of the guide, created to support inner listening, nervous-system settling, and embodied integration.

  • Approximately 20 minutes
  • Includes both audio and written versions
  • May be revisited as often as desired

3. Sacred Ritual
A simple, intentional ritual designed to help you deepen your connection with the Goddess and anchor the work energetically and symbolically.

Includes:

  • Ritual setup and preparation guidance
  • Step-by-step instructions
  • A printable altar card for optional use

4. Reflection & Journaling Practices
Dedicated reflection questions and journaling prompts that invite honest self-inquiry, awareness, and insight as you move through the guide.

These practices are designed to:

  • Surface subconscious beliefs
  • Support emotional processing
  • Encourage gentle, meaningful integration

5. Mindfulness Integration Practice

An original mandala designed for contemplative coloring — a gentle, creative way to integrate insights from journaling, meditation, and ritual.
This practice is designed to:

  • Support nervous system regulation
  • Encourage non-verbal integration of insight
  • Deepen embodiment through creative focus

6. Affirmation Cards (28)
A set of 28 empowered affirmations aligned with the themes of the guide.

  • Designed as printable cards
  • May also be used digitally
  • Intended for repeated, ongoing practice rather than one-time use

7. EFT (Tapping) Scripts Aligned to the Guide
Within the core guide, you’ll find Goddess-specific EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping scripts designed to support belief shifts, emotional release, and nervous-system regulation around the themes of this guide.

These scripts are:

  • Written to align directly with the Goddess and focus of this guide
  • Intended for gentle, self-guided use
  • Designed to be revisited as needed, rather than used once

They may be used on their own or alongside the reflection, journaling, and ritual practices.

8. Daily Practice Planner (31 Days)
A 31-day interactive daily planner created to support consistent, mindful engagement with the work.

Includes space for:

  • Daily intention
  • Reflection and awareness
  • Gratitude and integration

The planner may be used alongside the guide or revisited independently.

Bonus Companion Guides
To support deeper understanding and ease of use, this guide also includes two companion PDFs:

  • Affirmations as a Sacred Practice
A guide to working with affirmations as a reflective, embodied practice rather than surface-level positive thinking.
  • EFT (Tapping) Guide
A foundational introduction to the Emotional Freedom Technique, including instructions and diagrams of tapping points for use alongside the guide’s EFT scripts.

Who This Guide Is For

This guide is for you if you’re drawn to reflective, embodied, and relationship-based spiritual work.

It may be especially supportive if you:

  • Feel called to work with Goddess energy as a source of insight, presence, and inner alignment
  • Prefer written guidance, journaling, and self-paced practices over videos or live programs
  • Are seeking depth, integration, and honesty rather than quick fixes or manifestation shortcuts
  • Value spiritual practices that honor the nervous system, emotional awareness, and personal timing
  • Are willing to move slowly, revisit practices, and allow meaning to unfold over time

I designed this guide for those who want to engage with the work, not simply consume it.

Who This Guide May Not Be For

This guide may not be a good fit if you are looking for:

  • A step-by-step program with rigid schedules or outcomes
  • Instant results or guaranteed transformations
  • Coaching, live support, or video-based instruction
  • Prescriptive religious teaching or traditional ritual training
  • Productivity-focused self-improvement or “do more” spirituality

If you’re seeking something faster, more directive, or externally driven, this guide may not meet your expectations.

The Experience

I designed this guide as a self-paced, written devotional and reflective practice, meant to be lived with over time rather than rushed through.

I invite you to move slowly and intentionally, engaging with one practice at a time, returning to the reflections, affirmations, and ritual as often as you wish. While the practices build on each other, you can do them in the order that feels right for you. You don’t need to complete everything or follow a rigid path. Allow yourself to do them the way that’s right for you.

Some practices may feel gentle and affirming, while for others resistance, insight, or deeper questions may surface. There is room for all of these experiences within the Guide. Meaning often deepens through repetition and returning to it at a later time.

Rather than focusing on effort or outcomes, this experience emphasizes presence, awareness, and relationship—allowing shifts to arise naturally as you engage with the practices in your own rhythm.

This guide is not a quick-fix or manifestation shortcut, but a devotional and reflective practice designed for depth, integration, and an ongoing, embodied relationship with the Goddess and yourself.

How to Use This Guide

There is no single “right way” to move through this guide. I designed this guide to be flexible and supportive rather than prescriptive. I invite you to engage with it in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable for you.

You may choose to:

  • Read the guide from beginning to end, allowing each section to build naturally
  • Work with one practice at a time, returning to the same reflection, affirmation, or EFT script over several days
  • Use the daily planner as a gentle rhythm rather than a strict schedule
  • Move intuitively between sections based on what you feel drawn to explore

I encourage you to listen to your own energy and capacity as you engage with the guide. Trust your own rhythm and allow the practices to support you in ways that feel sustainable and meaningful.

This guide is meant to support your relationship with the Goddess and yourself—not become another task to manage or complete.

FAQs

Q: Is this a digital product or physical book?
A: This is a digital product (PDF + audio files). No physical items will be shipped.

Q: Is this guide religious?
A: This guide is spiritual rather than religious.

It is based in Goddess Spirituality and approaches the Goddess as a living Divine presence with whom we can develop a personal relationship. I offer the devotional and reflective practices from my own lived relationship with the Goddess rather than as traditional religious rituals or doctrine. I invite you to engage with the guide in ways that honor your own beliefs, background, and spiritual path.

Q: Do I need prior experience with Goddess work, meditation, or spiritual practices?
A: No prior experience is required.

I designed the guide to be accessible whether you are new to spiritual practice or have an established devotional or reflective practice of your own. You do not need an existing relationship with the Goddess featured in the guide. The practices are introduced with guidance, and you are welcome to adapt them in ways that feel right for you.

Q: Is this a course, program, or coaching container?
A: No. This is a self-paced, written guide designed for personal reflection and practice.

There are no videos, live sessions, or coaching components. You are free to move through the material in your own time and return to it whenever you’re ready.

Q: How much time do I need to spend each day?
A: There is no required daily time commitment.

Some people spend a few minutes a day working with a reflection or affirmation, while others set aside longer periods for journaling, ritual, or meditation. I encourage you to engage in the practices in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable rather than following a rigid schedule.

Q: What if something feels emotionally challenging?
A: Some reflections or practices may bring up unexpected emotions, resistance, memories, or questions. If that happens, I encourage you to move at your own pace, pause or take a break when needed, and decide for yourself whether you want to continue with that particular practice.

This guide is not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you experience distress or feel overwhelmed, please seek support from a qualified professional.

Q: Is EFT (tapping) safe to use?
A: The EFT practices included in this guide are self-guided reflective practices.

II include a bonus companion EFT Guide that explains the basic process and how EFT is used within the Goddess Remembrance Guides. As with any practice, I encourage you to pay attention to your own experience and pause or stop if something feels uncomfortable or overwhelming. EFT within this guide is not intended as a substitute for professional mental health or medical care.

Q: Can I print the materials?
A: Yes, I designed the guide, affirmation cards, and daily planner for both digital use and printing.

You may choose the format that best suits your preferences and lifestyle.

Q: Will I lose access to the guide?
A: No. Once purchased, the files are yours to keep.

You may download and save them to your device and return to the materials whenever you wish.
