This music album brings ten traditional Sanskrit mantras set to original music for listening, singing, chanting, meditation, and contemplation.

These melodies grew from my own mantra practice. Singing the mantras helped me stay focused during meditation, and recording them gave me a way to carry the sacred sounds beyond the meditation pillow and into everyday life.

The album unfolds as an intentional journey through ten qualities: Stillness, Inner Being, Guidance, Universal Energy, Abundance, Love, Creativity, Wisdom, Peace & Serenity, and Speaking Your Truth. Each mantra is its own musical experience, so you can listen from beginning to end or choose the one you want to spend time with.

You don't need to know Sanskrit or have an established mantra practice. Simply listen to the music, sing or chant along, use a track during meditation or contemplation, or let the sacred sounds accompany you as you move through your day.
